Company History
Dineo & Mohau Mining (Pty) Ltd (DMM) is a proudly black-owned, youth-driven company established in late 2016 after years of research and capability studies. Formed to increase youth participation and ownership in mining, construction and large earthmoving markets, DMM has grown with a vision to expand across Africa while delivering quality, safety and value.
Social Responsibility & Empowerment
Our CSI programme pledges 5% of annual revenue to sustainable community projects. We support long-term partnerships, render free services where possible, and empower people through on-the-job training and internships across business units. DMM is a Level 1 BBBEE contributor with a 135% procurement level and actively advances women and persons with disabilities into key roles.
